Handling, Transport & Planting (English)
Most planting failures show up six months after the lorry leaves the yard. Wrong rootball handling, badly prepared planting pits, anchoring that gives way in the first storm. This 2-day workshop at the Van den Berk Nurseries teaches you how to handle, transport, and plant large trees so you stop losing them after delivery.
Across two days you work directly with trees from 20 to 70 cm trunk circumference. Loading, planting pit preparation, anchoring, aftercare. You learn the technique and you learn why each step matters for the tree’s long-term survival.
Two full days, conducted entirely in English. The € 775 fee covers an overnight stay, lunch on both days, and dinner on the first evening. Maximum 12 participants per group.
